A NEW WAY TO WATCH SPORTS I Dazn

DAZN is a streaming sports service (OTT) available in nine countries across four continents around de world. The platform is dedicated to various sports and offers live and on-demand content of different events.

In May 2019, DAZN arrived in Brazil. I was hired as the solo UX Writer/Localization Specialist to help the Brazilian team to build strong communications with DAZN’s new audience.

I was responsible for the UX copy of the product in different environments - web, app, mobile devices, smart TVs, and so on. I also participated as the only UX Writer in usability tests in Brazil and worked closely with different kinds of verticals and stakeholders - producers, customer clients, managers, beta test community, and CRM specialists - helping them to create the right tone of voice for DAZN/Brazil.
